We’ve just got home from spending a week at beautiful Bluebell cabin!
The cabin itself was perfect! It was spotlessly clean with absolutely everything we needed! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay! There were even fresh flowers all around the cabin which was a lovely touch! Ian and Debbie also left a welcome pack for us which was amazing with some lovely things inside, such a kind thought! Thank you both so much!
The surroundings are just perfect, so peaceful and private! All you can hear is the stream! I’m really going to miss sitting next to the stream, listening and watching the birds and the dragonflies, we even got to see the otter that makes a visit!
Ian and Debbie were such lovely hosts and nothing was too much trouble! They gave us some great recommendations of places to visit! This is such a beautiful part of Cornwall with so many places to see and visit! We would recommend Bluebell Cabin to everyone, we can’t wait to come back!
Amazing cabin set in a secluded private area. A real home away from home. Great location, we’ve had the most amazing week visiting the beautiful sights of north Cornwall.
The weather wasn’t in our favour for the whole week but this gave us the chance to really enjoy the cabin and its beautiful surroundings, the hot tub added warmth on a chilly evening and the decking was a great place to sit and eat when the sun decided to make an appearance. Ian and Debbie were brilliant hosts and they’re on hand should you need any advice or recommendations of the local areas (but also happy to leave you to it and respect your privacy).
Everything you could ever need for a relaxing holiday has been thought of and supplied starting with a welcome basket complete with scones, jam and clotted cream, a great treat to walk in and discover after the long journey down.
Truly one of the best holidays we’ve been on and we would highly recommend it to anyone, whether you want a week relaxing by your own private river, warming yourself by the fire pit, or a base to come home to and relax each evening after days spent on one of the beautiful beaches nearby, this place cabin will suit everyone. We will definitely be going back!
A beautiful spot to explore the north Cornwall coastline from. Bluebell did not disappoint, one of the most tranquil AirBnB’s we’ve stayed in. Ian and Debbie’s communication was timely, accurate and friendly meaning we knew everything we needed to before we arrived, and once we did were made to feel very welcome. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
We recently stayed at Bluebell cottage. It was one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed by far. Ian was there to greet us and explained everything perfectly. He was so friendly and approachable and made us feel at home.
There was everything there that you needed. Nothing was overlooked. They kindly left some delicious scones/milk/bread/butter etc which was such a nice touch and you don’t often get that so we were really grateful.
The wood fired hot tub was perfection. One evening we even saw an otter in the stream which was a real treat. The running stream and the bird song created such a peaceful and tranquil environment, and we loved feeding the little robins. We were very blessed with the weather however with the log burner inside, I can imagine it would be very cosy in any weather.
We would recommend the St Kew Inn to eat which was only a short drive away and the food was amazing. We really were blessed to find this gem of a place and we would recommend it to anyone.
We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely faultless. It’s in such a peaceful spot filled with nature – we even saw an otter in the stream which was incredible!! Ian and Debbie were so friendly, they made us feel right at home. They even had a bottle of wine waiting in an ice bucket when we arrived to celebrate which was so lovely. We will definitely be returning in the future😊
Me and my partner loved our stay at Bluebell Riverside Cabin. The cabin is located in such a beautiful, peaceful, and quiet area and we felt ever so relaxed here. We loved using the log burner and hot tub, which were both easy to use, and Ian provided us with a generous amount of logs to get us started. The cabin itself was very cosy and had everything we needed for our little stay, and the welcome basket full of treats was very much appreciated!

Our stay at bluebell was so much better than expected. The location was absolutely perfect so tranquil with so much wildlife around, it was an absolute joy to hear the owls late at night. The river could be heard from in the cabin with the door and windows open really adding that little touch of nature to the stay.
The cabin was beautifully done with all the essentials you could think of! The wood burner added a real sense of cosiness inside and the hot tub was just lovely. Found ourselves not wanting to leave, we will definitely be returning to experience the cabin in the summer months! A beautiful place to stay with everything you need in a short diving distance!
