A little cabin, a special place, and a story worth sharing

We’re Debbie and Ian, and our story in Cornwall began in 2019, when we came here on holiday and quickly fell in love with this beautiful corner of the county.

Tucked beside the river in Cornwall, our cabin is a place to slow down, switch off, and enjoy the simple pleasures of being somewhere beautiful.

We created this little riverside retreat because we fell in love with the peace and character of this corner of Cornwall. We wanted to share that feeling with other people — a quiet morning with a cup of coffee, the sound of the river nearby, long walks through the countryside, and evenings spent simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

For us, the cabin is more than somewhere to stay. It is a place that reflects what we love about Cornwall: its wild landscapes, winding waterways, slower pace of life, and the sense that there is always another hidden corner waiting to be discovered.
